How to cite a UK case in OSCOLA
A case reference identifies the decision you used. Start with the case name, then the citation details. The name is italicised in a footnote.
A report-citation example
Donoghue v Stevenson [1932] AC 562 (HL).
Here, 1932 is the report year, AC identifies the report series, 562 is the first page, and HL identifies the House of Lords. Add a pinpoint when referring to a particular passage.
